This product is crafted from high-grade, lightweight titanium for a weight reduction of 45% (14.5 kg) compared to the sport stock exhaust. This exhaust system features a central muffler with valves on both sides ‒ with valve housings cast in-house ‒ to regulate the gas flow before it exits through two pairs of attractive double round handmade carbon-fibre tailpipes that contain acoustic reflectors to deliver enhanced sound to the passenger cabin. A comfortable sound with a pleasant V8 back track is emitted at cruising speed, which becomes sportier when driven more dynamically and through the use of the car’s mode selectors. When tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid with a stock sport exhaust system, it achieved a power gain of 4.0 kW (5.4 hp) at 2,100 rpm and a torque increase of 18.6 Nm at 2,050 rpm. This product has plug-and-play installation and no need for remapping.

An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available, which will increase the aural pleasure of the Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust at lower revs and further supplement the sound as the revs rise.

With the use of the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, the ECE type approval of the Evolution Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is ECE type approved for cars equipped with Otto/gasoline particulate filters.

This Evolution Line (Titanium) does not fit on Cayenne GTS Coupé with optional Sports exhaust system with central tailpipes. This system does not fit on model Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupé with GT-Package.

Means that such product meets the EPA noise standard as set forth by the United States Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Chapter I, Part 205, Subpart E (80 dBA).

EVOLUTION LINE

Evolution Line exhaust systems are usually based on the Slip-On Line system, with additional link pipes. The Evolution Line helps deliver even more power and torque, unique resonant sound as well as weight reductions. These exhaust systems are available with a range of exquisite tailpipes in either carbon fibre or titanium. Evolution performance exhaust systems usually include mufflers, link pipes and resonators that run from the stock down pipes back. These link pipes can feature larger-than-stock-diameter tubing and cast titanium flanges. Selected versions have EC/ECE type approval.
