Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) was tested and developed together with Slip-On Line (Titanium).

An upgrade for the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system, the link pipe set is constructed completely from high-grade titanium and provides further aural experiences from a sound spectrum perfectly matched to the car’s in-line six-cylinder turbo engine. The sporty nature of the engine is balanced out to deliver a true racing sound without any unwanted cabin drone. An individually designed and developed link pipe section that blends the exhaust pulses from each turbocharger allows Akrapovič to add its deep signature sound to the car harmoniously all the way to the engine’s red line – all without compromise on comfort.

When installing the Akrapovič Evolution link pipe set, remapping the ECU is mandatory in order to prevent potential “check engine light” warning signals.

EVOLUTION LINE

Evolution Line exhaust systems are usually based on the Slip-On Line system, with additional link pipes. The Evolution Line helps deliver even more power and torque, unique resonant sound as well as weight reductions. These exhaust systems are available with a range of exquisite tailpipes in either carbon fibre or titanium. Evolution performance exhaust systems usually include mufflers, link pipes and resonators that run from the stock down pipes back. These link pipes can feature larger-than-stock-diameter tubing and cast titanium flanges. Selected versions have EC/ECE type approval.
