SLIP-ON SP SERIES EXHAUST SYSTEM for the YAMAHA FZ1 / FZ1 FAZER

The Akrapovic Slip-On is an excellent choice for riders who do not wish to make excessive modifications to their bikes. It is an easy-to-install base level exhaust system component, and an excellent combination of production quality, performance, affordability and visual enhancement. The striking HEXAGONAL muffler complements the mounting position and the lines of the bike. The EC Type approval version of the system comes with a noise damper.

The Slip-On SP Series system (open or EC Type approval version) is available in oval shaped muffler only!

Performance

Measurements of the Akrapovic SLIP-ON system on the YAMAHA FZ1 (without muffler insert):

Power & Torque: the Akrapovic Slip-On system radically changes this bike’s performance. The increase begins at the low end, and keeps on growing right to the top of the range, where max. increased power of 9 HP is recorded at 11300 rpm. The results with the Akrapovic Racing and Evolution systems are even better. The torque curve also gets a major boost, indicating the system’s exceptional synergetic effects on the Yamaha engine.
