Tadeuzs Blazusiak, the Polish KTM team member, has triumphed in all the extreme demands of Enduro trials as well as in races such as Hell’s Gate, the Erzberg Rodeo, and others, testing his own stamina as well as that of his motorcycle and also the Akrapovič exhaust systems. This time he was unbeatable at the indoor Enduro race before 16,000 fans at the Palau Sant Jordi stadium in Barcelona, winning in all three events and securing the lead in the overall point standings.“It’s a pleasure to be back in Barcelona and even better to win three finals. It’s been incredible. This has definitely been my best race and I didn’t make any mistakes,” said Taddy, delighted with his performance. His teammate David Knight finished in second place, riding the new 350 EXC-F for the first time.“I’m really happy to have taken second place. Barcelona has been a difficult event, very physical and very competitive. I’ve really enjoyed today,” concluded Knight regarding the new bike’s maiden race. Joakim Ljunggren of the Husaberg team, which also uses Akrapovič exhaust systems just like KTM, had to admit that Knight and Blazusiak were too tough for him this time, following his winning opening in Genoa. This time he had to content himself with third place, although he still ranks second in overall points.
