The technology, materials and work processes used today are on an exceptionally high level; you can’t even think about success or a high-quality product without them. At our company we are aware of this, and we invest a huge amount into the development of production technology. It is also true that a great deal of specific tasks are still performed by hand, especially in development and testing, where a bit of improvisation is sometimes called for. Here an accurate eye and the sensitivity of human hands are simply irreplaceable.
